Watch Me Bleed

One week to go…and Watch Me Bleed will return to the stage with a blast….with “Blasting madness” so to speak. And they will return with a big surprise…two new bandmembers will be welcomed on stage and will be introduced to the fans for the first time.

The music changed a little bit due to the fact, they added a second singer…so if you wanna know more…be at the Komma in Wörgl and bang your head to the WMB-groove.

Comin’ atcha live…Watch Me Bleed is back on the stage. Where? When? Friday, the 21st of November at the famous Komma-club in Wörgl (Austria). W.M.B. is playing at the “Blasting Madness”-Festival together with the tyrolean deathcore-heros from “Inzest” and the hardest boys ever: “Retaliate”.

So be there and bang some head, slam some bones and get hammered. November, 21st at the Komma / Wörgl (Austria).

The time has finally come to start the mix and mastering of our first cd. On November 7th we’re entering the studio for the last time,  to do some final touches on the vocals and guitars. Straight after that, this large amount of music-data is going to be mixed and mastered. For you hearing-pleasure..

We will upload some sound-samples as soon as they are available…combined with a whole bunch of news about the band. Stay tuned…as always.

What the heck? Markus wrote some words about our female guestsinger and you guys really wanted to know who this nice lady is. We received a lot of emails and messages on MySpace asking us a whole bunch of questions about her.

First of all…don’t be concerned, no sissy-sounding “Voice of an angel”-vocals. She’s real metal…with balls (metaphorically speaking…) and power. Her name is “Nemesis”, lead-singer of the band “Eigensinn”. Check out their page, it’s real cool “german” rock- and metal-stuff.

Secondly…we didn’t change our sound. It’s still metal and still freakin’ heavy…we just recorded this one special song with a couple of guest-appearances. So stay tuned for who, what, where and when!!!

Last week we entered the studio to bring the inferno one step further. With Andres, the man in charge, we started to finish the cd-recordings.  The first day was really smooth. We put down the pilot-tracks for all the songs to check out the what, where and when. Everything was powerful and agressive. Yes, that was the way we wanted it.

The next days were packed with screaming, growling and shouting. That was the time to flood the rooms with blood and isolate it with metal. No escape, mercyless forever!!!We recorded all the lead-vocals, put down some really heavy stuff and left the studio exhausted and raspy every evening.

On the last day, we had some friends here to sing, scream and shout with us. Andy did some great powerful lines and we also added some female-vocals to one of the songs. FEMALE VOCALS!!! Yes, but no sissy bullshit, real agressive metal-stuff, don’t be scarred. The last thing we did were the “Gang”-Shouts. It was really funny to have six guys in one room, trying to scream and shout as loud as they can.

The vocals are done…can’t wait for the final mix and mastering. I will not tell you anything specified about the music. You will hear it by yourself. It’s metal all the way through, But I want you to know: Expect the unexpected.

…and busy as hell with the the vocal-stuff. We spent the last week in our little recording-dungeon somewhere in the austrian mountains to finish the vocal-preproduction for our cd. Now we’re a little bit exhausted…as you can see on the picture.

I can tell…it’s was fuckin’ blast. Very creative, very artistic…and it sounds brutal as hell. Exactly the way we wanted it.  Can’t wait to enter the recording-studio in Stuttgart next week to “tape” it.

You will be surprised…I swear. We came up with some great ideas…and something really new for us. It added more heaviness, brutalness and power to our songs. Keep an eye on this diary and you will know what’s going on…soon!!!

…as you can see, we shut down our homepage to bring you this “Final countdown” - diary of our cd-recordings. In the next two month you can read weekly updates about the final recordings, the mixing-process, cover-design and everything around our first full-length-cd.

Finally, we’re on the “home stretch” of the recordings…only the vocals have to be done before we can head over to the mixing. It took us a little while, but as you will find out, we made some major changes in the band and with our music. We will reveal this “secrets” over the next weeks, so stay tuned for what’s to come…
